Despite the cool in the mass of impressions, made a few days ago. in the discussion autumn matte Chanel collection, I knew that I would see at least 3 product: beige four shadows (as long as I didn’t buy four Chanel), matte lipstick in a pencil format and dark lacquer 638 Profondeur. Them and bought.
Originally I was making a General post about all the products you bought, but then I realized that the post should be related either to the community “makeup” or “Legomaniac”. Had to split the experience into 2 parts. Today — on varnish with a matte effect.
Cardboard box standard. The bottle is made of frosted glass, the color is barely possible to notice through. The cap is also of matte plastic, back side with sticker in matte lacquer color.
The brush is typical of the brand: thin. In my case, thank the gods, even.
Color in the clear bottle seems to be a mixture of violet and dark Bordeaux.
The texture of the liquid in the vial and when first smears on the nail is similar to glass. But this impression is fleeting and deceptive. Literally 15 seconds, the lacquer hardens to the consistency of gouache, with a divorce and heterogeneity inherent in the first layer.
The varnish is very difficult to adjust on the nail. Because of the instant drying, draw the part of the nail near the cuticle and the sides need to quickly, confidently and from the first time. In fact, 15 seconds is a 1-2 stroke. Unfortunately, spoiled the cream (styling where you can spend a little more time) I was not quite ready for such speeds.
Once the varnish has hardened (remember, this happens almost immediately after the first lowering of the brush on the nail surface) layering will be problematic. The second layer pulls the first has already become viscous. So do 2 self-movement and wait 30-40 seconds for the second layer. Although, maybe it’s I’m such a slowpoke?
Lacquer layer 2
Two layers dry fast and really quickly. I did it in 5 minutes. After 8-10 minutes, you can zip up the zipper on the boots or jeans. I swear.
Two layers of give a color that is close to the shade of chocolate. Burgundy (and especially violet) are not visible.
The Association, which came to me after drying: nails dipped in a chocolate fountain.
The matte coating is noticeable. In the photo I have noticed that there are small bubbles, but blamed it on my lack of preparedness for the texture.
In contrast to the creamy texture of small bubbles on the matte surface in my life as it is not evident, but this fact does not deliver.
This color asks for company beige trench coat or coat color camel wool. And to him in a couple of warm, spicy perfume of the cognac color.
Without a top coating (clear, glossy top extra here) Matt Profondeur worn 2-2. 5 days. My standard wear time of Chanel polishes with a top — up to 4 days. So if you lucky Chanel keep for fewer days, feel free to take a day for this instance.
First rubbing the tips, the Polish is not chipped.
When removing may slightly dye the leather side bolsters in Burgundy color. The nail plate does not stain. Removed standard JDSL.
Summary: for me the luck was kinda fun with a difficult, but manageable if you have the skills character. Sometimes you want something discreet.
