If you have dry skin or you notice signs of excessive dryness, perfect oil mask. All the ingredients you need to mix, to impregnate the composition of cheesecloth or a thin clean cloth and apply the mask on face for 30 minutes. You will need:
- Two tablespoons of olive oil;
- 2-3 drops of vitamins A and E (available at pharmacies). You can buy vitamins in capsules and crush them.
To nourish the skin with vitamins, moisturize and give a fresh look, you can use a mask of oatmeal with the yolk. Oats should be crushed in a blender, all the ingredients are blended until the consistency of sour cream. The mask is applied on face and neck for 20-30 minutes, then wash off with warm water. You will need:
- One yolk;
- Half a teaspoon of honey;
- ¼ Teaspoon of lemon juice;
- ¼ Teaspoon olive oil.
- Crushed corn flakes (as needed for desired consistency, about 2-3 tablespoons).
Very effective for skin recovery masks from dairy products. For their preparation suitable cottage cheese, kefir and yogurt, as long as they were without added sugar or fillers. It is advisable to choose dairy products medium or high fat. It is the easiest mask – just apply the dairy product on the face for 20 minutes and then rinse with water. If you are using cheese, spread it with egg yolk or olive oil to obtain a homogeneous mass.
