For H1, sales of soap products, “EFKO Cosmetics” has increased by 35%
In the 1st half of 2018 the sales of soap products, “EFKO Cosmetics” has increased compared to the same period last year by 35%, to 6.9 thousand tons. This was in the framework of the working visit in Khokholsky district, the acting Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev has told the Director for development of sales of soap products of the company Oksana Degtyareva.
The project of reconstruction and modernization of playgrounds in the Voronezh region GK “EFKO” beginning in 2015. Over the years has undergone extensive modernization and new shops built, new equipment was purchased, transferred assets “EFKO” for the production of soap, previously located in the town of Alekseyevka in Belgorod region. As a result, the territory of the Voronezh region established high-tech complex for the production of soap products.
One of the most significant investment was the construction of a plant for continuous saponification, which the company launched this year. Compared with the boiler method of cooking soap that was used previously and still used by many Russian enterprises, the use of the new line allows to obtain a product of consistently high quality and ten times reduces the duration of the production cycle.
“It used to get 30 tons of finished products, boiling in the boilers was supposed to last 3 days, now it takes no more than 5 hours”, – said the Director for development of sales of soap products of the company Oksana Degtyareva.
Today, the company produces more than 80 SKUs economic, solid and liquid toilet Soaps. “The development of our, and many other enterprises in the district are hampered by lack of local treatment facilities. After all, Khokholsky district has remained almost the only district in the Voronezh region, which does not have its own LOS, unfortunately”, – said Degtyarev.
About 40% of all manufactured “EFKO Cosmetics” products is exported. Today Voronezh soap is being exported to Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and China.
