Night eye mask Aveda Tulsara Wedding Masque Eye

Hi! Today I want to tell you about my favorite night eye mask from Aveda.

Brand Aveda I somehow always associated only with care for the hair. I have used several products for hair and worst of them was, incidentally, the only one, so the credibility of the brand was at a high level. But then I saw her, or rather them, because an identical mask is for the face. At that time I just arrived from a very long vacation and the skin under the eyes I was not pleased, despite the tons sunscreen and glasses (apparently, even in sunglasses I squint). And I realized that I need a more intensive treatment than a serum and cream. The price of this mask was really biting, but I waited for the client day and bought it with 20% discount (I?).

A little background information.

Aveda — brand from the USA that combines a professional approach with the practice of Ayurveda. Means Aveda 95% consist of natural ingredients.

Tulasara means in Sanskrit “the transition to equilibrium”, and the recipe of the mask taken from the ancient Indian Haldi ceremony. Khaldi is the name of the paste of turmeric, which is applied to the skin of the bride before the wedding to give it the Shine and even color. Oh, how I want to be a beautiful bride every day, right?)

The manufacturer’s promises:

The mask is designed to strengthen the tone of the skin during the night to give the skin around the eyes glow and a fresh, rested appearance. Should help to reduce the appearance of swelling and dark circles thanks to its formula with seaweed extract. Includes plant stem cells, which support the natural process of night regeneration of the skin. In every 50 ml of product contains more than 500,000 plant stem cells. Contains 97% natural ingredients.

Volume: 15 ml

The composition is very rich in oils and extracts.

Get on the main:

  • Extract from turmeric root helps to lighten the skin around the eyes, even skin tone
  • Mix extracts of seaweed, licorice, and molasses help to reduce the appearance of dark circles
  • Caffeine helps to reduce visible puffiness
  • Sweet almond extract firms the skin
  • Plant stem cells of tomato, potato and raspberry help the skin to recover.

Texture:

The mask has a thick creamy texture that melts from the heat of the hands and a very faint grassy aroma.

Visible consistency of butter
A little distributed

Fully absorbed, the oil sheen left, but it feels a bit lipoate

My impressions:

The mask I’m using is almost 4 months (mid-October) daily at night. Sometimes serum, sometimes its only on cleansed skin. Despite the fact that the jar is small, consumes the mask is very economical and I still have at least a month of daily use. The manufacturer recommends its use as a daytime moisturizer, but I don’t suggest) It doesn’t leave greasy like the cream from Shiseido, but she is a bit because my skin is dry and I don’t think that makeup will lie successfully to her.

The effect of the mask I’m more than happy, no, not so — I love it!

It hydrates, nourishes, and not one new wrinkle during use has not appeared. The skin under the eyes is very elastic. Edema I don’t normally have, so there can’t comment, but the dark circles slightly diminished. This fall and winter I am very worried about the condition of the skin, as first time started using tretinoin (some affecting the area around the eyes). Now the skin on my face reacted a periodic peeling, but the skin around the eyes has not suffered from this side effect absolutely! Plus I was under the impression that the mask seals as would previous care, sealing in moisture. Unfortunately, I can not say about a cumulative effect, since I use the mask every day, but I hope he is)))

Repeat if I have this mask? Sure! And, I think I’ll take the same for the face. The price is not humane, but for the excellent composition and effect I’m willing to pay.
