The balm is thick, very similar to Organic Hair Conditioner Aloe Vera from Alpstories. It smells almost the same as the shampoo but a little nicer. For one application I need 1-2 tablespoons
Used it paired with the shampoo Refresh (there is only one) each time you wash hair.
After drying, the hair retains a basal volume are smooth and crisp, but the touch is a little hard.
